To start a fundraising campaign you need to lock 5% of its amount in HEO on a specific contract. When the campaign gets a donation, a corresponding number of locked HEO is debited to the HEO DAO Fund
Example: You raised $10 000 -> $500 in НЕО are sent to the Fund
If you close a campaign before reaching the target amount, the unspent HEO are unlocked and returned to your wallet.
